Ferran Garcia

Ferran Garcia completed the Professional Imaging Training Cycle for Diagnostics in 2006-2008, at the Eixample Clinical Center. In 2008 he began working at the Molins Clinic, the Irisradio Clinic, and the Bellvitge University Hospital where he formed a specialist profile in Breast Service.

In 2009 he joined as radiology technician of the population breast cancer screening program at the Catalan Institute of Oncology to this day. Its functions are:

• Perform and check the quality of mammographic images of women involved in breast cancer screening.
• Conduct interviews collecting epidemiological, clinical and other diagnostic information.
• Inform the administrators of the Technical Office of the complementary evidence derived from screening, and emergency radiology.

He has also trained attending several days and breast courses, and also participates as a teacher in the accreditation program of radiology technicians of the Radiological Units of the technical screening office.
