Evaluation of a quality control scheme

The ECIBC is an initiative whose main objective is to improve equity in breast cancer care in Europe and includes the development of a quality control scheme.

The Screening Unit is participating in two studies evaluating the feasibility of implementing this scheme in the breast cancer screening process.

Feasibility study

The aim of this project is to evaluate and improve the feasibility of the indicators and standards proposed in the European quality control scheme. Eight institutions from different European countries are involved.
