ICO Cancer Screening Unit researchers participate in the biennial Meeting of the International Screening Network (ICSN) in Rotterdam
The Biennial Meeting of the International Screening Network (ICSN) was held in Rotterdam at the beginning of June, under the slogan “Screening in Balance”. This year, emphasis was placed on the importance of continuously assessing the benefits and risks of cancer screening programs.
On this occasion, Dr. Montse García and Dr. Carmen Vidal, from the Screening Unit of the Catalan Institute of Oncology, participated actively with several talks and posters.
The conference aims to promote collaborative research to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of different cancer control strategies through early detection.
